A trip to Bhandardara especially in monsoon bounded with majestic waterfalls, hidden valleys and different shades of green all around makes for a great treat to the eyes. A long exposure shot of various waterfalls will surely give you dreamy frame. Experience and click the lush green surrounding with many natural waterfalls, dams and valley. Exploring Sandhan valley in monsoon is totally a different experience and we can able to click the reverse waterfall in Sandhan valley from one side with yellow flowers in foreground.

Ashok Dewangan is a photographic artist and educator, with a passion for Photography. He likes to do experiments with various genres of photography, his work is recognized on various national and international photographic platforms. He loves to explore hidden places for landscape photography and devotes his non-office hours to travelling to new places and doing experiments with photography. His core area of work is Travel and Landscape. He is brilliant in his Post-Processing skills, he teaches post-processing from basic to advanced levels. To date, he has taught post-processing to hundreds of participants. He always believes in knowledge sharing. He is associated with DCP as a Masterclass Mentor - Landscape and Travel Photography.

Reach Mumbai International Airport. Coordinate with us to reach the pickup point. Our journey starts early morning, the pick up is from Vashi at 5:30 am. Subsequent pickup points include Ghansoli, Airoli, Mulund, Thane, Teen hath Naka.
The nearest railway station to Bhandardara is Igatpuri. From station, can take the road via Ghoti Budruk. In around 1 hour and 10 minutes you will reach Bhandardara

Our journey starts early morning, the pick up is from Vashi at 5:30 am. Subsequent pickup points include Ghansoli, Airoli, Mulund, Thane, Teen hath Naka. We will have breakfast on our way to Mumbai-Nasik highway (Near Kasara). We should reach Bhandardara by lunch time via Igatpuri. While entering to Bhandardara, we will have our first session of shooting two adjacent waterfalls. After reaching, check in hotel have lunch and take some rest. Visit the surrounding waterfalls post noon. Join our expert for an on field photographic guidance. We will have informal discussions on tips and tricks of landscape photography in evening. Join the group discussion over dinner.
Today we will explore Bhandardara. We will be visiting the dam and the surrounding areas, we will have our lunch on the way, we will proceed to some unexplored waterfalls, which offer abundant photographic opportunities of landscapes, waterfalls. Post Lunch, we will have our discussion and backpack for return journey to Mumbai. Post workshop mentor will assist on post processing images clicked during phototour.
On-field learning from the experts is said to be one of the best methods of improving your skill-set. Our expert will hand hold you at every possible step for a better understanding of perspectives, camera controls and how to make use of the best opportunities to get better images.
