Though I purchased my 1st DSLR in March-2013 the real fun began only after I acquired the basics from Caesar Sir.The mania and the madness started on 29/10/13 at 9.00 am – event - Basic Photography Workshop by Dr Caesar Sengupta. During the interactive session, I raised a question – Why the photographs clicked in the evening with dull light have a blue cast and do those clicked indoor have a yellow-orange cast? And then came the answer – you need to adjust “White Balance” and understand the concept of Color Temperature to avoid such casts.Ever since then there was no looking back. Overzealous and motivated I joined DCP photo walks, the skippers/team leaders understand the essence of photography and protect the green. The weekly photo walks and timely e-tutorials by Dr Caesar which explains the perspective of shooting, “how to--when to--when not to—and how best” incite the thought process and proves vital in the field.
