Terms and conditions for participating in DCP Expeditions Events
I, would like to participate and to engage in photography and all other related or incidental activities including usage of company equipment, facilities and services. Being permitted to participate in the activities, I hereby declare, undertake, release, indemnify as follows:
- I confirm, that I do not suffer from any physical challenges, disease or bodily infirmity that renders me incapable of participating in the Outdoor Activities. I have fully disclosed any physical challenges that I may suffer.
- I understand that the Outdoor Activities involve herein perils and risk which could result in accidents or even death, I say and declare that I am willingly participating for the said Outdoor Activities with full knowledge of its inherent and otherwise risks.
- I am fully aware of the fact that in case of day / overnight camps, I will be exposed to reptiles, animals, weather and environmental risks in the open. I hereby declare that I will conduct myself with caution and be completely responsible for myself. I hereby declare that I will strictly follow the advice of DCP Team Leader / Skipper during day / overnight camps where I will be exposed to reptiles, animals, weather and environmental risks. I also undertake not to knowingly place any other person at risk due to any act of mine, negligent or otherwise.
- I fully understand the risk that I am undertaking by participating and engaging in the Outdoor Activities and shall hold no person responsible for any loss, harm or injury sustained by me in course of the activities.
- I shall fully abide by the rules, regulations and bye-laws of DCP or its team leaders, agents, authorized personnel and diligently follow all instructions given to me by above.
- I agree to indemnify DCP against all loss, costs, charges and expenses which it may suffer or incur on account of any wrongful, rash or negligent act, mishandling caused by me with regard to the handling of the equipment of the company. In the event such loss suffered or costs, charges or expenses incurred by DCP, then I agree to compensate DCP to the effect of actual amount of loss suffered or costs incurred.
- I fully understand that Outdoor Activities may be strenuous and conducted in environmental conditions dust, fumes, extreme temperatures and altitudes that may aggravate my medical condition. I confirm that I have consulted my doctor if there is any doubt regarding the suitability of this activity on my fitness / ability to take part in the activity. Should there be any change in my condition, after signing this declaration I will inform the office in charge of the activity prior to travelling to the activity.
